Our Approach
Every water feature begins with a personal site visit where we assess your property's grade, sun exposure, and landscape to identify the ideal location and scale for your waterfall. From there, we develop a custom design — choosing between a traditional pond system or a low-maintenance pondless setup — and walk you through imagery and stone samples so you can visualize the finished result before we break ground.
Once approved, our crew handles everything: excavating and lining the basin, hand-selecting boulders for the spillway and stream, installing the pump and plumbing, and carefully placing every stone to direct water exactly where it needs to go. We finish with planting, lighting, and a full system test before walking you through care and maintenance. The result is a natural, lasting water feature built to perform beautifully for years to come.
